Paul Del Pozo is a proud member of the Flip Talk Facebook group. He started in real estate when he found himself in a 4-hour drive across states. He was searching for ideas on real estate and en route to his destination, he found himself signing up for a webinar which further boosted his desire to learn more about the business.

Paul’s cousin was already in the real estate business, so he decided to call him and ask about the nature of the industry and how his career has been so far. His cousin’s story and his drive to do his own thing started a fire in him that made him consume as much free information as he could on real estate investing. He was also driven by having a direction for his family, and how he wanted them to have a great life, and the rest was history.

Today, Paul talks about how he found his place as he got back to the basics, why he didn’t consider himself as a beginner, and his opinion on buying skinny in this kind of market.

“I’m at a point where I feel like I need to be full throttle with the things I know that works.” – Paul Del Pozo
